The home is flooded with natural light due to the thoughtful construction and clever architecture. The construction features include a first floor addition, expanding the family living space, as well as a strategically positioned garage, accessible from the rear lane, enhancing convenience and functionality.
Above the garage, a versatile studio space was created, offering endless possibilities for work, play, or relaxation.
Hatch provided the client with a budget estimate based on the initial Development Application plans. This facilitated a collaborative process between the client and the project architect to refine the vision and complete relevant documentation for the construction phase. Hatch was then engaged following a negotiated offer that ensured a seamless transition from planning to execution.
